Flexibility is the hallmark of the Hattiesburg Lake Terrace Convention Center. The exhibit hall offers a ceiling height of 28 feet. Space is divisible in a 50/50 or 25/25/50 split of unobstructed exhibit and meeting space. Prefunction space is designed to accommodate registration, exhibit space or a variety of special events. The building meets all ADA accessibility requirements.
INTERNET ACCESSIBILITY
Free wireless internet access is available in all rooms and pre-function areas of the Center.
LIGHTING
Lighting in Exhibition Hall is a combination of high pressure sodium and metal halide. Incandescent lighting is of a quartz source. Light levels are easily adjusted to meet a wide variety of event requirements.
UTILITIES
Electrical services in the Center are designed to accommodate a variety of electrical needs. All Exhibition Hall utilities are delivered by 15 and 30 ft. center flush-mounted ground boxes. Water available at southeast side of exhibition hall

AUDIO/VIDEO and DATA CABLES
A/V and Data Connections (up and downlinks) can be wired into the building via existing raceways. Electronic news gathering capabilities are available throughout the facility. E.N.G. port on building exterior with E.N.G. vehicle parking adjacent. A/V services are provided by an in-house A/V company.
FREIGHT ACCESS
Three covered docks are available on the Exhibition Hall level. Dock lifts and multiple level docking stations provide easy access at a variety of heights. A drive-in access door located in rear of exhibit hall provides easy access for trade show exhibits.
SECURITY SYSTEM
Surveillance cameras, smoke and fire detectors provide safety and security during events as well as pre- and post- move-in/move-out.
